We often think we know what is best for us and/or what we really need. But sometimes not getting what we were wanting or striving for leads us to something much better.
If you feel disappointed about something, think of how not having what you wanted may have benefited you. Sometimes it takes time and distance to fully see the benefits, so be patient with yourself. But be willing to see a benefit.
