Many patients benefit from a structured, sober living environment after completing a treatment program, and continuing on with extended care. Often the immediate return to an old environment can add increased stress on the patient's fragile post-treatment state. In choosing a sober living environment, a variety of factors make important differences to a patient, and should be considered before a decision. Our Extended Care Program offers the benefit of an accessible treatment community with close proximity of the sober living homes. Each extended care patient is treated and monitored individually.
